How many inches or lbs do I have to lose to drop a dress size? - drop waist dress

I read that anywhere in your b / t 6-10 pounds dress size drop, but I read that someone other customs matters. How many inches would have to lose to drop a dress size. Are there specific excerises help me to tone up? My thighs and hips are usually my problem rather than size. All work processes that you know can help me? How to do the work and how often per week? How long does it take to become visible results? I really need help! Thanks in advance!

I lost 75 pounds and 11 sizes .... from clothing Therefore, I believe, about 7 pounds per pant size.

To drop a dress size, I think it is 10 pounds or even 2 inches high and 2 inches in the hips. If the size is not so bad, then maybe a little more on the hips and 3 / 4 inches and should be a dress size down. Squats are great for the butt and thighs. Walking is always good for the legs. Leg presses will also help with the quads and abbduction care and sign up exercises with the thighs also. The results are here by regular exercise than a month, the establishment of 5 days per week.
